Integra LifeSciences Employment Scam Warning
Your safety matters to us. Integra LifeSciences has been made aware of phishing schemes in which individuals impersonate Integra LifeSciences recruiters and/or hiring managers. These schemes may involve unsolicited outreach, fake job postings, interviews conducted via text or chat platforms, and fraudulent offer letters designed to obtain personal or financial information from job seekers.
Integra LifeSciences is actively investigating these incidents and working with job boards, social media platforms, and appropriate authorities to address this activity.
How Integra LifeSciences Recruits
To help you identify legitimate Integra LifeSciences recruiting activity:
- All recruiter communications will come from an official email address ending in @integralife.com
- All open positions are posted on the official Integra LifeSciences careers website and on our verified LinkedIn Company Page
- Candidates must apply through the company’s official careers site (https://jobs.integralife.com/) to be considered for a role
- The typical hiring process includes multiple phone, video, or in-person interviews with Integra LifeSciences employees
- Official offer letters are issued only after completion of the formal interview process and are delivered through secure, company approved systems
Integra LifeSciences Will Never:
- Request sensitive data such as bank account information or credit card numbers during the interview process
- Ask candidates to pay fees of any kind or purchase equipment on behalf of the company
- Conduct the entire interview process exclusively through chat, text, or social media messaging platforms
- Provide an offer letter based solely on email or text conversations
- Request your Social Security number except during our secure background check process, which occurs after you have accepted a formal job offer
Be Suspicious If:
- You did not apply for a job with Integra LifeSciences but receive an unsolicited offer of employment
- Communications contain misspellings, poor grammar, or formatting errors
- Messages come from non-Integra LifeSciences email addresses (e.g., @integralife.sciences, @gmail.com, @yahoo.com)
- You are asked to share sensitive personal information, transfer funds, or make or receive payments
How to Verify a Position Is Legitimate:
- Confirm the role is listed on the official Integra LifeSciences careers website
- Ensure you have completed an application through the official careers site
- Verify communications originate from an @integralife.com email address
If You Believe You Have Been Contacted About a Fraudulent Role:
- Do not respond to the sender
- Do not share personal or financial information
- Do not send money or purchase equipment
- Forward the communication to Careers@integralife.com
- Report phishing attempts to your email provider
