Responsibilities
The Primary purpose of the role is to support your account managers within your territory with the training and education needs in your accounts. You will be expected to organise and manage your own workload, whilst ensuring it meets the needs of the business plan. The territory will encompass London, Brighton and Hampshire. With the majority of the Key accounts based within the M25.
This role promotes and maintains a professional interface between the Company and the customers, and will need to develop these relationships. To will be a specialist in our product line using your skills, knowledge and experience to support customers and the UK&I team. You will expected to assist with clinical trails as well as provide in theatre products support post sale. It is expected that the output from your interactions will result in maintaining and growing the business and as such is associated with a territory sales target. You will be responsible for managing the capital equipment in your territory, ensuring it is covered by service contract and doing audits where required
Supervision received
Under direct supervision of Clinical Specialist Team Lead.
This role will work closely with the two overlapping Account Managers
